WV off the “slow spender” list

West Virginia is no longer on the slow spender list. The list is an official designation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and is in response to West Virginia’s slow pace of responding to housing needs after the 2016 floods. HUD now lists West Virginia as “on pace.”
