WV ranks 12th in the country in traffic deaths

West Virginia ranks twelfth in the country in traffic deaths. The University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute released a study yesterday showing there were over fourteen deaths per 100-thousand residents in crashes. Wyoming had the most traffic deaths in the country, and Rhode Island was the safest place to drive.
