WV RISE making progress

Adjutant General James Hoyer says he’s pleased with the progress the RISE flood relief program has made since he took over two months ago, but he says there’s more work to do. The program has completed construction on seventeen houses. Hoyer says more than 16-hundred cases have been closed through volunteer and non-profit programs. Officials are still working on more than 400 cases.
