WV Senate sets date for impeachment hearings

The West Virginia Senate has set a date for the first appearance of the three remaining state Supreme Court Justices who are facing impeachment charges. The senate will convene September 11th, and the justice or their attorneys are expected to appear. Newly sworn Supreme Court Justice Paul T. Farrell will preside over the hearing, and senators will serve as jurors.
