WV Supreme Court tosses lawsuit over Governor’s residency

The state Supreme Court rejected a petition that calls into question the Governor’s residence. It’s the second time the issue has been thrown out of court. A Kanawha Circuit Court dismissed the lawsuit in September. Delegate Isaac Sponaugle says he will continue to press the issue by filing yet again in circuit court.
