WV tax revenue

West Virginia’s tax revenue is showing signs of improvement. Revenue Secretary Bob Kiss said yesterday August collections were below projections but were very much better than the month before. The rough June revenue is being blamed on a new budget and the flooding while the improved numbers are being credited with improved consumer confidence.
