West Virginia’s voter registration list is being cleaned up. Secretary of State Mac Warner says he has been working closely with 55 county clerks to make that happen and has also seen nearly 29-thousand new citizens registered to vote since taking office. Nearly five-thousand registered voters have already cast a ballot during the first few days of early voting.
