WVEPA investigating oily sheen on Kanawha River

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection and the Poca Fire Department are trying to find the cause of an oily sheen on the Kanawha River, near the John Amos Power Plant. Firefighters say it appears to be some sort of non-hazardous petroleum product. Crews are working to contain the substance.
