WVU settles lawsuit in student’s death

West Virginia University has settled a 250-thousand-dollar lawsuit over a student’s death at a fraternity house. Eighteen-year-old Nolan Burch was found unconscious and not breathing at the Kappa Sigma house in 2014. His death was alcohol-related. Burch’s parents filed a lawsuit in 2015.
