WVU students waited 2 hours to call 911 after fall

Several West Virginia University students are suspended after a student fell down the stairs last weekend at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house. Students waited more than two hours to call 911 after senior David Rusko fell down the stairs. Rusko remains hospitalized in critical condition.
