5,000 New voters in West Virginia

More than five-thousand West Virginians registered to vote in September. September is National Voter Registration Month and drives were held across the state. More than 36 percent of new voters registered as Republicans, compared to 30 percent who registered as independents and 28 percent who registered as Democrats.
