One Man is Dead after Shooting in Institute

Police are still investigating a shooting that happened this week in Institute. West Virginia State Police said it happened Wednesday night around 9:15 at an apartment along Carter Street, and 26-year old Jamale Waller was shot and pronounced dead at the hospital. It was a domestic argument between a man and a woman that escalated, and one man stepped in and was show. Police say one person has been detained, but no one has been arrested just yet.
