Online Voter Registration Begins

Online voter registration is up and running. You can register to vote through the Secretary of State’s website as long as you have a West Virginia driver’s license or DMV identification card. The application goes to the county clerk, who will double-check it and assign a voting precinct and mail a registration card. Lawmakers passed an online voter registration bill in 2013.
