Capito & Trump

According to the New York Times, the reason Senator Shelley Moore Capito was not with President Trump when he spoke to the Boy Scouts was because of her vote on the GOP health care plan. The “Times” reported that Capito was only allowed to join the president on Air Force One if she voted in favor of replacing the Affordable Care Act with the Republican plan. She declined, and therefore was not with President Trump when he spoke at the National Scouting Jamboree in Fayette County last month.
