Former Principal Hired After Fraud Charges
A Putnam County school has a new teacher, who served as a former principal. Brad Knell resigned amid criminal charges for computer fraud in 2016, and now has a job in Putnam County as a behavior disorder teacher at Buffalo High School. Knell was previously the principal at Poca High School and resigned after facing charges related to making two purchases on a debit card that belonged to one of the school’s booster accounts. The school board approved Knell by a 4 to 0 vote this week.
