Crossings Mall Bridge

A lawsuit is being filed over the Crossings Mall bridge. The bridge was finally built and the mall recently re-opened after being closed due to flooding. However, the property owner is suing with claims the state is financially responsible for the costs. Tara Retail Group is the owner, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and claims the state over the one-million-dollar cost of the bridge.
