Former GW Principal Testifies in Email Case
Testimony is underway in a lawsuit brought by a George Washington High School counselor. The Gazette Mail reports the principal of George Washington High School said it was an accident when he sent an email that contained personnel-related information about a counselor at the school in 2015, and he meant to send a draft to a vice principal, but the auto-fill function sent the note to faculty and staff. Mary “Kackie” Eller claims the email portrayed her in a false light and that it was an invasion of privacy. Testimony in the case is expected to last through Friday.
