Morrissey Lawyer Heads to Wisconsin

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey’s office is losing one of its lawyers to Wisconsin. Misha Tseytlin, Morrisey’s general counsel, has been hired as Wisconsin’s first solicitor general and starts the new job at the end of November. It’s a new position just created in Wisconsin, and he’ll handle legal challenges to new Wisconsin laws that are on appeal in higher courts.
