Fraternity social activities suspended at WVU

More than a dozen West Virginia University fraternities have been suspended from social activities. The action comes after a video circulated on social media of a student directing racial slurs toward a woman at a bar. Administrators say they are concerned about “unsafe behavior,” and are trying to be preemptive while they work on a long term solution.
