WV hardest hit by opioid epidemic

The opioid epidemic is costly and hitting West Virginia harder than any other state in the country. A new report from the American Enterprise Institute says that West Virginia has the highest per-capita cost in the nation at nearly 44-hundred dollars per person. Boone, Cabell, and Wayne counties are all in the top ten on the list.
