Missing man’s body recovered from Ohio River

The body of a Putnam County man who’s been missing since December was recovered from the Ohio River last week. Forty-four-year-old Jason Kirkpatrick has been missing since Christmas day. A fisherman spotted his body Friday near Gallipolis, Ohio. Police say they do not expect foul play.
