West Virginia Supreme Court Justice shoud be suspended
State Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is accused of lyinig, misleading and keeping secrets. The state Judicial Investigation Commission issued a 32-count statement of charges against Loughry, and recommends that he be suspended without pay. Loughry denies any involvement in the renovation of his office. The remaining Supreme Court Justices have recused themselves, appointing Circuit Judge Joanna Tabit to hear Loughry’s case.
