Man tries to rob nail salon after pedicure

Huntington police say an argument over a damaged cell phone led to an attempted robbery at a nail salon. Twenty-year-old Skylar Larcart was upset when his cell phone fell into a foot bath, and he demanded that employees pay him 600-dolars to replace the phone. When they refused Larcart pulled out a pistol and threatened to “hunt them down.” Larcart is charged with wanton endangerment and robbery.
