Charleston police arrest man wanted by U.S. Marshals
Charleston police arrested a man wanted by U.S. Marshals in the East End. Thirty-six-year-old Joshua Matthews was wanted for a parole violation on a drug charge. Officers detained Matthews for trespassing after receiving information that he and two other men were planning to rob a woman at a 7-Eleven. Matthews is in the South Central Regional Jail, awaiting federal custody.
