Huntington Man Arrested in K-Mart for Exposure

A man is facing charges after he was caught on camera exposing himself, according to West Virginia State Police. It happened at K-Mart in Huntington. 55-year old Bruce Allen Packard is facing two counts of indecent exposure and giving false information to police, according to criminal complaints. A K-Mart Loss Prevention officer called in the incident in the children’s toy section, and Packard was arrested in the bathroom. Troopers say there was a similar incident involving Packard February 6th. Bond was set at $15,000.
