Malden Man Pleads Guilty to Heroin Distribution

A Kanawha County man is facing a big fine and prison time when he’s sentenced this summer. 41-year old Christian Young of Malden pleaded guilty this week to distribution of heroin, and admitted that he sold heroin to a confidential informant last October. The drug deal happened at Young’s home along Georges Creek Drive in Malden. He’ll face up to 20 years in federal prison and a $1 million fine when he is sentenced June 23.
