A total of five former West Virginia Mountaineers were drafted in this year’s NFL Draft. After safety Karl Joseph was taken in the first round Thursday night, and cornerback Daryl Worley selected in the third round Friday, three others were taken on Saturday. Linebacker Nick Kwiatkowski went to Chicago in the fourth round. In the fifth round running back Wendell Smallwood was selected by Philadelphia, and then six picks later Houston drafted safety K.J. Dillon.
