An employee with the West Virginia attorney general’s office has resigned on the day a published report identified her in a video in which she is seen reciting racist views. Assistant communications director Carrie Bowe resigned in a one-sentence letter dated Thursday and the office of Attorney General Patrick Morrisey did not say why she left.
