Tax offices shutting down

Four state tax offices will be shutting down before the end of the month. As a cost saving measure, the regional office in Huntington, and satellite locations in Morgantown, Princeton and Logan will close on September 26th. All of the employees have been reassigned to different offices, so nobody will be losing their jobs. The closing of the offices will save the state roughly 100-thousand dollars a year.
