Coal moving through WV is falling

The amount of coal that is being moved through West Virginia by rail continues to fall. The third quarter numbers from Norfolk Southern look good on the balance sheet, as they reported a net income of 460-million dollars. But the revenue from coal was down by 18 percent when compared to 2015.
