Historic Building gets Makeover

Renovations are being done on a historic Charleston building. The building at 16 Capitol Street has been around since the late 18-hundreds but has been empty for almost two decades. A company known as Structured Financial Services said last week, it’s moving into the place and will give it a make-over. The building is being sold for close to 200-thousand dollars.
