State Park Hikes

Eight state parks across the state want you to take a hike on New Year’s Day. The First Day Hikes tradition began a quarter of a century ago. Since then thousands have started the new year off with a hike in a state park. In West Virginia last year more than 100 people participated in hikes. There will be eight parks participating this coming Sunday.
