Dental care in West Virginia is the worst in the country. The recent WalletHub report put the Mountain State at the bottom, along with Mississippi, Arkansas, Montana and Alabama. The best smiles are in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, North Dakota and Connecticut.
