ACT test WV

The number of graduating high schoolers who took the ACT test in West Virginia last year jumped by nearly 400. More than eleven-thousand-600 students took the college entrance exam, the most since 2012. The average score dropped slightly, however. The class of 2016 average score was 20-point-seven.
