West Virginia officials are hoping Amazon will consider building its second U.S. headquarters in the Mountain State. The Internet retail giant announced last week they’re looking to build a new five-billion dollar facility in a U.S. city with a population of one million people or more. West Virginia delegate Moore Capito sent a letter to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, saying West Virginians are the hardest working people in the country.
