Another Lawsuit by CSX

Another lawsuit is being filed against CSX Transportation. This time it is a unlawful employment practices suit being brought against the railroad by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They are saying CSX discriminates against women. Earlier this week, Murray Energy filed suit saying CSX cost the mining company quite a bit of lost revenue due to operational issues.
