Armstead on Justice

West Virginia’s House Speaker believes Governor Justice is doing the right thing in ensuring a government shutdown does not take place. Justice said yesterday he was not going to sign the new fiscal budget but would allow it to become law without his signature. Republican Tim Armstead followed that up by saying the spending plan is not the disaster Justice paints it out to be and protects Medicaid and healthcare waiver programs.
