Ashland Man impersonating officer

Charges are being filed against an Ashland man who’s accused of impersonating a police officer. Timothy Stauder was allegedly dressed up like a cop yesterday morning when he pulled over a driver on Route 60 and made him take a field sobriety test. The driver thought something was fishy, called 911 and the Boyd County Sheriff’s Department took Stauder into custody. Officials say Stauder was drunk, had a gun, and was wearing a SWAT vest.
