EpiPen
West Virginia wants to reject a proposed settlement with Mylan over its EpiPen. Mylan is under stiff scrutiny over the rising costs of the EpiPen and a plan to resolve the issue involving Medicaid reimbursements is not sitting well with state Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. Morrisey says the 465-million-dollar settlement would be irresponsible and deficient. He says Mylan should really be paying several-hundred-million dollars more and he’s urging the Department of Justice to turn it down.
