Even Cabs Become Art During FestivALL

You may notice one cab in Charleston looks a little different now, decorated a little more brightly than all the others. It’s the FestivALL art cab among the C & H Taxi fleet. This cab was designed by Staci Leech-Cornell in 2015 and is open for rides during and after FestivALL.
