Former presidential candidate Carly Fiorina (Fee ah ree nah) will headline the West Virginia Republican Party’s annual dinner next month. The West Virginia GOP says Fiorina will speak at the 2016 West Virginia Republican Party Victory Dinner at the Charleston Marriott Town Center on Oct. 20.
