Flags at half-staff in honor of Florida shooting victims

Flags across West Virginia will remain at half-staff through the weekend in honor of the Florida school shooting victims. Governor Justice issued a proclamation yesterday, following a national order from President Trump. The Parkland high school massacre claimed 17 lives and left more than a dozen others injured.
