Former school superintendent facing fraud charges

Former Logan County School Superintendent, Phyllis Doty, has been indicted by a federal grand jury. She’s accused of defrauding the Board of Education out of thousands of dollars by stealing electronic devices and selling them on Ebay. Doty is facing several counts of wire fraud, mail fraud, and theft.
