Frontier Communications is apparently living up to its end of a deal with West Virginia. Attorney General Patrick Morissey said yesterday the company has increased Internet speeds for about 23 percent of customers impacted by its estimated 160-million-dollar settlement with the state. Frontier agreed to the deal late last year after complaints about its Internet speeds. It marked the largest, independently negotiated consumer protection settlement in West Virginia history.
