West Virginia is asking the nation’s High Court to review a decision that makes it tougher to legally own guns. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey led a group of five states his week to ask the court to look at a ruling that says the potential presence of a weapon automatically makes someone dangerous. The filing says the federal appeals court ruling gets in the way of the Constitutional right to lawfully bear arms. Indiana, Michigan, Texas and Utah are also part of the request.
