Hiking Trails in Seneca

The hiking trails near Seneca Rocks are now open. The fire that had been burning in the area for nearly a week is mostly contained. The forest service reopened the hiking trails early this morning. The fire is still expected to smolder in some spots for the next several days but should not pose a danger.
