Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton stops in Charleston today to talk about substance abuse and addiction. Clinton’s campaign says in a news release that she will be at UC’s Erma Byrd Gallery at 10:30 a.m. to meet with community leaders, practitioners and family members who have struggled with addiction, to discuss the substance abuse epidemic in West Virginia and what do to about it.
