Hybrid Unit arrests 14 in undercover sting

The Charleston Police Department’s hybrid unit arrested fourteen more people in an undercover sting on Charleston’s West Side. The sting was a result of frequent complaints about vagrancy, vandalism, theft, and needles in the area. Over 70 needles were found during the operation.
