I-64 lane shift delayed

The West Virginia Department of Transportation is delaying the I-64 contraflow lane shift until Wednesday. Workers delayed the switch due to yesterday’s heavy rain, and more rain today. Once complete, eastbound traffic will cross over the median just before the Teays Valley exit, and travel in the westbound lane.
