In State tuition rates

West Virginia University’s College of Law is now offering in-state tuition rates to students from other states who graduated from a West Virginia college. WVU said in a news release Thursday that the Loyalty Tuition Program could save each qualified student more than $16,000 a year. The program begins with the fall 2017 semester.
